Benefits Enrollment/Changes
All benefit-eligible (30 hours or more a week) employees must make any changes, additions, deletions, cancellations, and/or waive benefits during the Open Enrollment period either online or over the phone. This process also will be used during the fiscal year for employees to elect benefits, make any changes, additions, deletions, and/or cancellations. Remember that employees can only make changes to the elected benefits during the open enrollment period, within 30 days of a qualifying event or when first becoming eligible for benefits. Any employee who is waiving any benefits as of July 1 must complete online or over-the-phone enrollment.
Benefit Rates for Fiscal Year
The Benefit Rates Sheet (the rate sheet is the cost to the employer and to the employee) has the new rates the parish, school, or agency will be billed for the fiscal year.

403B Pretax Salary Forms: The contribution form is for any employee who would like to increase, decrease, or change their pretax payroll contribution amount into their 403(b). The pretax payroll contribution can be changed at any time during the year.
COBRA Insurance Information
Any employee and or dependent losing the medical coverage benefit will receive the COBRA Information Packet directly from RETA Trust.
Employee Self Service: Employee Self Service in Paycor is used for the employee to log-in an view/print pay stubs, W2’s and any other payroll information. Contact your location payroll representative for instructions.
Diocese of Tucson Payroll Calendar
The payroll includes the pay period end dates and pay dates for the listed year. Please follow the bi-weekly (26 pay dates) pay schedule for all who are paid by your parish, school or Catholic entity. This includes all lay employees, priests, religious. Every paid person must be paid through the Paycor pay system on the set bi-weekly schedule.

Arizona Minimum Wage
Effective January 1, 2022, Arizona’s minimum wage increased to $12.80 per hour. Arizona’s minimum wage of $12.80 per hour will be higher than the federal minimum wage rate; therefore employees are entitled to the higher Arizona rate. Every employer is required to pay each employee wages not less than this amount.

Payroll Tax Administration: The mandatory payroll tax administration forms required for current calendar year payroll administration.
Optional Payroll Contributions: Any employee who would like to continue to contribute to CTSO or ACA must complete an updated payroll deduction form.

Payroll Authorization Form: The Diocese of Tucson participates in paperless payroll. Please complete a direct deposit form online Payrcor or the paper form above to receive your payroll salary.
