The Office of Corporate Matters provides dedicated support for all parishes as individual corporate entities, especially through training and guidance for each parish's Board of Directors. They maintain legal records, such as meeting minutes, reports, and other official documents, as well as provide clerical aid and assistance in scheduling meetings.

What is a Parish Corporate Board of Directors?
A parish's Corporate Board of Directors is the decision making body of the parish's fiscal and civil matters as a corporate entity. These matters include approval of budgets, annual reports, sale or acquisition of property, investments or acquiring debt, and compliance with the Arizona Corporate Commission's reporting requirements. A Corporate Board of Directors is different from a parish's Pastoral Council, Finance Council, and Administrative Staff, which are all advisory in nature to the pastor.
