This event is open for all 6th grade through 12 grade students. We will not accept individual
teen registrations. They must be in a parish or school group with an assigned chaperone.
It is up to the parish to ensure the chaperones have been cleared through the Diocese
Safe Environment Program, as well as all parent permission and medical release
forms. necessary.
High School and Middle School students will be in separate tracks for the day, except for
Mass. In this packet you will find the workshop choices for middle school and high
school age groups, as well as the registration forms. Each group will go to TWO workshops.
Fill out as many forms as your group needs. Each group (chaperone and teens)
will stay together all day, attending the same workshops. Your parish/school can send as
many groups (chaperone and teens) as you like. The parish/school can write one check
