For your convenience, we offer the following pledge fulfillment options:
ELECTRONIC FUNDS TRANSFER (EFT)
This technique allows you to have your monthly pledge payments taken directly out of your checking or savings account. No need to write a monthly check, utilize a stamp or mail a return envelope. Just complete the EFT authorization form on the pledge document used for making your pledge.
CREDIT CARD PAYMENT
Many donors now use a credit card to fulfill their pledge. By choosing this optional payment method you authorize your credit card company to make a one-time charge to fulfill your pledge. Please complete the credit card authorization form included with the pledge document. We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover cards.
MONTHLY PLEDGE REMINDERS
When you make a pledge and choose this payment method, we will send you a monthly pledge reminder statement. Reminder statements are sent each month until your pledge is fulfilled or until December of the Appeal year.
ON LINE BILL PAY
This pledge payment method is easy and efficient for both giver and receiver. If you utilize this electronic technique for paying your other bills, just add the Annual Catholic Appeal as a recurring payee.
COMMON STOCK DONATION
This method of charitable giving has some distinct tax advantages. Please contact the Annual Appeal office at (520) 838-2509 to make arrangements for donating stock.
CASH OR CHECK
For those who choose to make a one-time gift rather than a pledge, please enclose cash or a check in the return envelope.
