San Martin de Porres in Sahuarita, Arizona is seeking applicants for the part–time, non–exempt position of Parish Activities Coordinator. The person selected will be responsible for providing assistance to the pastor, and for assisting with preparation for fundraising and other parish events. The person will also be responsible for preparation for daily, Sunday and other liturgical celebrations. Applicants must have at least five (5) years’ experience in a business and financial environment or service industry; preferably not-for profit. The Diocese of Tucson is seeking applicants for a contract position to support and promote the mission of the Diocese of Tucson and its newspaper, the New Vision. The individual will work as an independent contractor to generate revenue through the sale of advertising and the servicing of accounts as assigned by the Director of Communications consistent with the Roman Catholic foundation of the newspaper. The individual will plan, develop, and execute methods for obtaining new accounts and will also be the liaison between advertisers and the producer of the ads. The Diocese of Tucson Bishop Moreno Pastoral Center is seeking volunteers for:

Clerical Assistance– Volunteers will work on a variety of clerical assignments as needed, such as typing, filing, computer input, and various other assignments, including assistance with various Church events and liturgies.  

Reception Assistance – Volunteers will work in the reception area handling telephone calls and mail processing, pickup, and distribution.
