

Rev. Richard Kingsley, Chairman
Founding pastor of Corpus Christi Parish in Tucson, Father Richard has served in the Diocese of Tucson for more than 20 years, including assignments at the UA St. Thomas More Newman Center, Our Lady of the Valley Parish in Green Valley and at St. Frances Cabrini and St. Pius X Parishes in Tucson. Prior to his ordination in 1983, Father Richard worked in the insurance industry in Boston and Las Vegas.

Diana Ezrré-Robles
Diana is currently self-employed in the practice of law and is a member of the Arizona Bar Association and the Pima County Bar Association. Diana holds a Bachelor of Science in Merchandising, with a minor in Marketing from the University of Arizona, as well as a Juris Doctorate from the James E. Rogers College of Law at the University of Arizona. During law school, she participated in the Domestic Violence Law Clinic, where she helped women and children obtain legal relief from abusive relationships. She continued to volunteer in this capacity until 2001. She also was a Member of the Hispanic Student Bar Association and the Arizona Minority Bar Association. She has practiced in the areas of Corporate Law, Medical Malpractice, Wrongful Death, Personal Injury and Probate Law. She currently serves on the Steering Committee for the VIVA Arizona Dance Company. She is a member of St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Parish in Tucson and serves as a member of the P.T.C.A. for St. Elizabeth Ann Seton School.

Peter Humphreys
Peter is a Financial Advisor with Morgan Stanley and is a member of St. Cyril of Alexandria Parish in Tucson.

Teresa M. Nowak
Teresa is senior vice president of Commerce Bank of Arizona, specializing in portfolio management of commercial, real estate, investment, construction, and non-profit loans and deposit relationships. Teresa holds a Masters of Business Administration, a Graduate Degree in Bank Management, and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. Past board member positions include Tucson Centers for Women and Children, vice chair, and Sahuaro Girl Scout Council. Current community board positions include Catholic Community Services of Southern Arizona, Inc., St. Augustine High School Leadership and Development Council, and chair of a U of A scholarship endowment. Teresa serves on the Stewardship Board of Corpus Christi Parish and is also the RCIA director. She serves as a finance teaching mentor for the Eller College of Business at the University of Arizona and the Arizona Small Business Association.

Rev. Al Schifano
Father Al is a second career priest with 35 years of corporate management experience, including Human Resources, Organizational Development and International Operations. Ordained in 2001, he has served as Parochial Vicar of Sts. Peter and Paul Parish in Tucson and currently serves as Moderator of the Curia and Vicar General for the Diocese of Tucson. He also serves as vice president of the board of directors of each incorporated parish in the Diocese of Tucson.

Lirrain Urreiztieta
Lirrain is Senior Vice President at JP Chase Morgan Bank and is a member of St. Cyril of Alexandria Parish in Tucson. He also serves on the Diocese of Tucson Finance Council.

Christopher (Kip) T. Volpe
Kip is the President of Estes Land and Development Co. and the Vice President and Treasurer for The Estes Co., a long time Tucson and Arizona real estate company, overseeing the operations of its various related entities. Kip has Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Arizona and received his Certified Public Accountant certificate in 1980. He worked with Big 8 and national accounting firms Peat, Marwick, Mitchell & Co. (now known as KPMG) and Kenneth Leventhal & Company (now known as Ernst & Young) from 1978-82, which provided him with a diverse industry background. Kip serves on the Long Range Planning Committee for the Diocese of Tucson and is on the Governing and Corporate Boards of Wildcat School, an innovative charter school established in partnership with the University of Arizona. Kip also is a member of the Centurions of Carondolet St. Mary’s Hospital.
